Admission Procedure

Eligibility for Admission

The criterion for admission is higher secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational Systems (CBSE or government recognised) with related subjects and minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to the respective courses will be made on the basis of merit or as per the directions of Government of Madhya Pradesh.


Admission Rules

  • Application form incomplete in any respect, will not be accepted.
  • Any candidate found to have furnished false information or certificate etc., or is found to have withheld or concealed some information in his/her application form, shall be debarred from admission and full fees will be forfeited.
  • In case any documents required to be submitted along with application form, is not received with the application form the application will be summarily rejected.
  • The candidates must produce the original certificate of all the documents at the time of admission.
  • Candidates must note that they should not submit original certificates in any case. The college does not take any responsibility for the return of the original certificates.
  • Candidates having a criminal case pending against him/her in court of law shall not be eligible for admission in the College.
  • The candidate must submit an enrollment form of D.A.V.V. Otherwise, the admission will be cancelled.
  • Admissions are granted on the basis of merit as per the rules of Higher Education Department and the eligibility norms as laid down by the affiliating University. They are closed as soon as the number of seats in the said course combination are filled.
  • The decision of matter concerning admissions as taken by the admission committee and the Principal is final. Requests for reconsideration will not be entertained.
  • Admitted candidates must join classes by the date stipulated in the letter of intimation, selection of those who fail to join the classes, shall automatically be cancelled.
